Frozen banana and mango yoghurt recipe


Makes 1-2

  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced, placed in a container and frozen ahead of time
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt

You will need a food processor, blender or Nutribullet.

Frozen banana & mango yoghurt recipe

These DELICIOUS frozen yoghurt smoothies are so quick and easy to make. They make a great healthful pudding, when I’d serve them in a small glass with a teaspoon. I’d confidently serve them for friends at a dinner party, maybe with a few Bojangles chocolate truffles on the side. One recipe will make approximately 1-2 large glasses and 3 small glasses. Utterly yum!


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Serve cold with a light dusting of cinnamon.



I always keep a handful of sliced bananas in the freezer for when I want to quickly blitz up something sweet.”
