You will need a small mixing bowl and a roasting tray.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200/375/gas 5.
Place the cauliflower in a roasting tray and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
Pop in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, stir the honey, lime juice, chilli, spring onions and sesame oil together in a small bowl.
After 10 minutes, take the cauliflower out of the oven and stir through the honey and chilli mix, coating the cauliflower florets as best as possible.
Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
