Preheat the oven to 200/400/gas 6.
Place the cauliflower in a roasting tray large enough for the vegetables to lie flat. Drizzle the cauliflower with oil and sprinkle with turmeric and sumac. Add the broccoli and season well with salt and pepper.
Roast for 10 minutes. Add the nuts, stir, and roast for a further 15 minutes.
Enjoy on their own as a warm salad or alongside lamb chops or steak.
