Place all the ingredients into a breakfast bowl and add milk to your liking. Eat straight away.
For a more luxurious version or for dinner, add Greek yoghurt instead of the milk. I find you then need to add honey or a tablespoon of jam which is counter-intuitive (but delicious!).

Once I started having this every day for breakfast (without fail), this was when I noticed how my sugar cravings really started to dwindle. I don’t pre-make my everyday muesli (despite having it everyday!). It is part of my morning ritual and I love popping each jar open at a time, thinking of the health benefits that each ingredient will bring. In the past when I have been organised and pre-made it, the dried fruits and nuts always disappointinglyĀ fell to the bottom.
