Pre-heat the bbq so that it is ready to cook.
Season the tuna steaks on both sides with a drizzle of rapeseed oil, Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy, honey, lemon juice, chilli, sesame seeds, spring onion and fresh coriander.
When the bbq is ready, sear the tuna for 2 minutes on either side.
Serve with lashings of the sauce and a summer potato salad for a super healthful reinvention of fish and chips!

When you buy tuna, try and buy line caught and get the darkest meat that you can. Personally I prefer thinner steaks to super thick ones as you can get the heat to start penetrating through to the middle, but each to their own!”
